i can’t wait to hang out in the quad
i wish something extra exciting happened this week. looking back, i see i didn’t really update much, save for a couple short blurbs. so uh…let’s see…i got a new wii game. love it. it’s called Boom Blox. it was free.hm. the pooch is getting groomed and bathed tomorrow. that’s kind of exciting because they trim her feet and it ends up looking like she’s got little shoes on.my volleyball team had a convincing win in the first round of the end of season tournament. we played Carnegie Mellon, so when nerds (us) play bigger nerds (them)…well, we win. next up is Wisconsin…a very good team, who we have a chance against, i think.what else happened? went out for dinner and drinks with friends on saturday. fun.work was busy but nothing exciting happened there.oh, i know! I GOT INTO THE MASTERS PROGRAM AT AMERICAN UNIVERSITY THAT I APPLIED TO!!!!yes, starting in the fall i return to campus, back pack in tow! part time, of course, but i’m so happy about this. i’m also very nervous. a lot has changed since i was an undergrad. we barely had internet access at WandM. now, i may be taking entire classes on line. is it like a video i watch live or is it like a chat room? how are classes taught online? well, i suppose i will find out. part of me feels a bit like elle woods in that i’ll get to class and pull out a pink note book with a pink pen with a pink feather and everyone else will pull out their laptops.my dad says i should use my four years of NCAA eligibility and try out for AU’s soccer team. yeah, i’m almost 32. they could make an inspirational lifetime movie about it. don’t think i’ll be having time for soccer.oh and i got a hair cut although this picture is just my hair lookin’ kind of messed up.

wisconsin is 8-0. we will not win. they are good. we played them early in the season and until they took out the super tall guys, we stood no chance!

Btw… you can totally pay for grad school by modeling! Kind of like Izzie paid for med school and she graduated without any loans.
